Tour Plan

Day 1 Arrival in Amman

Upon arrival, you will be joined by an agency representative who will assist you through immigration and customs, and escort you to your hotel. Overnight stay in Amman.

Day 02 Amman, Mt. Nebo, Madaba, and Petra

The day starts with a tour of Amman, visiting the Citadel and the Roman Theater, one of the largest in the Middle East. We will drive to the Byzantine Church of Mt. Nebo, and onto the town of Madaba to discover the amazing Byzantine mosaics excavated in the area and see the Madaba Map, the oldest preserved mosaic map of the Holy Lands, then proceed to Petra for an overnight stay.

Day 03 Petra

A day’s visit to the lost Nabateans city of Petra. Start the morning with a ride on a Bedouins’ guided horse through the Mujib Siq valley. The city contains ancient temples, the Royal Tombs, the Roman Theatre, and ancient houses. Overnight stay in Petra.

Day 04 Petra, Wadi Rum, and Amman

Depart in the morning to the magical desert of Wadi Rum, home of “Lawrence of Arabia”. Enjoy a mint tea or cardamom coffee before touring this moon-like landscaped desert in a Jeep. Overnight stay in Amman.

Day 05 Jerash - Sheikh Hussein Border

You will be driven north to visit Jerash, known as ‘The City of 1,000 Pillars’. You will also
visit the Triple Arched Gate, the Huge Hippodrome, the Theatre, and the Roman Forum.
Drive to Sheikh Hussein border for Departure, after which you will travel north to
Nazareth where you will have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 06 Galilee

Visit Capernaum, Tabgha, Mensa Christi, and Mount of Beatitudes.
Visit the “Jesus Boat” followed by a visit to Magdala, the birthplace of Mary Magdalene.
Dinner and overnight stay in Nazareth.

Day 07 Cana, Mt. Carmel and Nazareth

Visit Cana and Mount Carmel. Return to Nazareth to visit the Basilica of the
Annunciation, St. Joseph’s Church, the ancient “Synagogue Church”, and Mary’s Well.
Dinner and overnight stay in Nazareth.

Day 08 Mount Tabor and Jordan Valley

Visit Mount Tabor and the baptismal site along the Jordan River. Transfer to Jerusalem via Jordan River. Dinner and overnight stay in Jerusalem.

Day 09 Dead Sea

Visit Mount of Temptation, Tel Sultan, and the Sycamore Tree of Zaccheus. Visit the old
city of Jericho. Dinner and overnight stay in Jerusalem.

Day 10 Old City of Jerusalem

Visit the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, Pool of
Bethsaida, Flagellation Chapel, Haram Al-Sharif (Al Aqsa Mosque if open on this day),
Via Dolorosa and Western Wall. Dinner and overnight stay in Jerusalem.

Day 11 Mount of Olives & Jerusalem

Visit the Mount of Olives, the Ascension Chapel, Dominus Flevit, the Garden and Church of All Nations at Gethsemane, Mt. Zion, David’sTomb, the Cenacle, and Church of St. Peter in Galicantu. Dinner and overnight stay in Bethlehem.

Day 12 Bethlehem and Beit Sahour

Visit the Nativity Church, Milk Grotto, Shepherds Field and the Carmelite. Afternoon visit an olive wood souvenir shop. Dinner with local families from Bethlehem where you will also stay overnight.

Day 13 Hebron

Travel to Hebron and visit the Ibrahimi Mosque, Abraham’s Oak, and a glass and ceramics factory. Return to Bethlehem for a farewell dinner and cultural performance with a Dabkeh (Palestinian folk dance) group. Overnight stay in Bethlehem.

Day 14 Departure

Transfer to Tel Aviv international airport for departure
